Human Error and Performance Database Report
Abstract
Work Package 1.2.2 is tasked with developing a database of human error. The main effort for this Work Package has been to take data collected from studies of human performance and collate them into a categorisation scheme that can support a database. The ultimate aim of this work package is to populate the data tables in the WEST analytical prototyping tool being developed in Work Package 1.2.1. This report presents an overview of the database and, in an Appendix, provides the current contents in the form of Human Error Probabilities.
