The People in Systems TLCM Handbook is aimed at all members of the MOD Unified Customer community and is divided into sections to support Capability planning, delivery and generation. Its purpose is to highlight the importance of identifying, assessing and mitigating ‘people-related risks’ in TLCM and to raise awareness of the opportunities for considering the human element within acquisition.
